Our Story and Commitment
Welcome to Comficare Aged Care, where our mission is more than just a business—it’s a labor of love. Founded by Thejaswini Kempaiah (TJ) and Aklesh Pasuleti in March 2022, our family-owned company started as a management firm, offering a comprehensive range of services to aged care facilities, from day-to-day operations to quality assurance and compliance support. In 2024, we proudly transitioned from consultancy to obtaining provider status and owning our very own aged care facility.

TJ’s journey in the aged care sector spans over a decade. Starting as a carer in 2005, she has held various managerial roles, each contributing to her extensive experience and deep passion for providing quality care. Her dedication to ensuring the best possible care forms the backbone of Comficare.
Aklesh Pasuleti
With a background in aged care and business administration, Aklesh brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the team. Together with TJ, he shares a common dream: to create a haven for seniors where they can receive the best care possible.
