"Since switching to Comficare from another provider to manage our parents' MyAgedCare packages late last year, we've noticed a stark difference for the better, along with many pleasant surprises. That they have "care" as part of their name is most appropriate, as, despite them servicing several clients, TJ and Niz have shown our family the utmost care and warmth with each of our interactions. Although we're technically "self-managing" our parents' services, Comficare have always been available to provide their assistance where possible, as well as offer their advice and wisdom on how to best tackle the numerous issues which regularly arise with our parents' day-to-day care needs. All this as they maintain a high level of responsiveness while also going that extra mile to regularly keep us informed, as well as taking the time to clarify any complex information we need to understand. "My husband has a level three package, he was with another high profile company and after being with them for over two years he felt like a number in there world .. He found out about ComfiCare and we made arrangements for TJ and Niz to come to our home and after meeting with them he signed up .They have been so responsive and have meet my husband needs , one phone call and it’s organised for that particular trades person to come and do the necessary work..
