TJ’s approach blends clinical rigour with genuine empathy, ensuring every care plan is evidence-based, culturally sensitive, and tailored to the individual preferences and life story of each older person.
Her vision for Comficare is to bring something genuinely different to aged care: warm, innovative, and resident-focused services that respect individuality, foster a sense of purpose, and enhance everyday life for every person in our care.
