Thejaswini Kempaiah (TJ), Co-Founder
Thejaswini “TJ” Kempaiah brings over a decade of senior leadership experience to Comficare, with a career built across residential and community settings. She has held a range of management roles throughout the aged care sector, developing deep expertise in resident care models, staff leadership, regulatory compliance, and facility management.
TJ’s approach blends clinical rigour with genuine empathy, ensuring every care plan is evidence-based, culturally sensitive, and tailored to the individual preferences and life story of each older person. She is a passionate advocate for person-centred care that prioritises dignity, autonomy, and meaningful quality of life.
Her vision for Comficare is to bring something genuinely different to aged care: warm, innovative, and resident-focused services that respect individuality, foster a sense of purpose, and enhance everyday life for every person in our care.
Aklesh Pasuleti, Co-Founder
Aklesh Pasuleti brings a rare combination of aged care experience and business administration expertise to the Comficare leadership team. With a background spanning in operations, and management, he has developed strong practical knowledge across regulatory compliance, financial oversight, and facility commissioning.
Aklesh leads the financial and operational functions of Comficare with precision and transparency, overseeing budgeting, funding navigation, workforce rostering, and administrative systems that allow staff to focus their energy where it matters most: the people in our care.
At Comficare, Aklesh partners closely with TJ to realise their shared vision of creating a safe, welcoming, and innovative home for older Australians, built on practical solutions, strong community partnerships, and an unwavering commitment to resident wellbeing.
